[01:32]<|mycn|>hi mil
[01:33]<rre>yellow
[01:33]<rre>err
[01:33]<rre>yello
[01:34]<rre>im trying to compile the netbsd package collection on Windows 2003
[01:34]<rre>on SUA
[01:34]<rre>but the config.guess cannot detect my host type
[01:34]<rre>is there a way to fix this?
[01:34]<dyfjsg>|Mike|: hey
[01:34]<rre>I think this is with libnbcompat
[01:35]<dyfjsg>whats sua?
[01:35]<rre>Subsystem for Unix Based Applications
[01:35]<dyfjsg>ok
[01:36]<rre>new name for SFU/Interix
[01:36]<dyfjsg>ok
[01:36]<rre>but this error is quite annoying
[01:36]<rre>and apps compile fine with the --build flag
[01:36]<rre>but configure cant guess the build type
[01:43]<rre>got an idea
[01:43]<rre>think I need a new config.guess
[01:44]<asjpv>Im writing a scponly replacement shell, which only executes sftp-server at this stage. It chroots into the users home dir, and then executes sftp-server with execve. It all works, except sftp-server requires a /dev/null file in the environment. Any ideas why this is?
[01:45]<dzezycssjg>Could be that it attaches stdin and stdout to it,, But I'm only guessing
[01:46]<asjpv>mrEriksson: Yeah im thinking that too... any ideas how I could sort that?
[01:46]<rre>oh dear
[01:46]<rre>that didnt seem to work
[01:46]<lzysd>mrEriksson, have you anything to do with the programming language 'erlang'?
[01:47]<dzezycssjg>prism: No, not at all..
[01:47]<lzysd>mrEriksson, ah just wondering :)
[01:47]<dzezycssjg>prism :)
[01:47]<dzezycssjg>jsoft: Well, couldn't you just make null available in your chroot then ?
[01:48]<dzezycssjg>Or perhaps attach stdin and out to some other place?
[01:48]<dzezycssjg>I'm guessing this would require some additional stuff to solve other problems that would appear,, but I guess it could be done..
[01:48]<asjpv>mrEriksson: Yeah... but you know, id like to have that one less file.
[01:49]<dzezycssjg>I see :)
[01:50]<asjpv>mrEriksson: hows that then?
