[05:08]<rrmnsm>Jeanne Pierre Francois Blanchard built the first parachute and tested it using a dog. He put the dog in a basket equipped with his invention and then dropped it from a hot air balloon. It was a giant step forward for aviation history, but a giant step backwards in establishing the dog as man's best friend.

[12:05]<djzsyrr>How do I grep for all the target names in a Makefile?
[12:12]<cdzyffn>you'd need to use egrep I think.
[12:13]<pzvzyac_c>morning *
[12:13]<cdzyffn>or not. I guess grep "^[a-zA-Z0-9]*:" Makefile should match the lines with target declarations.
[12:14]<cdzyffn>adapt if there are fancy characters in the target names...
[12:16]<djzsyrr>Cyrille: Cool - that works
[13:04]<dzvzsvznzd>Morning all

[14:48]<pzvzyac_c>very fine food
[14:48]<rrmnsm_>curry its an indian dish
[14:50]<rrmnsm_>http://images.google.com/images?q=curry
[14:51]<pzvzyac_c>http://www5f.biglobe.ne.jp/~willkommen_deutschland/image/seikatsu/currywurst.gif
[14:51]<pzvzyac_c>:-)
[14:51]<rrmnsm_>i see they really don't have curry places in germany
[14:51]<rrmnsm_>The BBC are reporting that some England supporters out in Germany are so desperate for a curry that they have ordered a take-away to be flown out from England!
[14:51]<rrmnsm_>The manager of Bombay Nights in Bath is reported as saying "We received a phone call on Saturday for a take-away to Germany and thought it was someone having a laugh" but the customer later confirmed the order by sending a deposit.
[14:51]<rrmnsm_>Abdul Nasir, the restaurant manager, will fly out with the Indian meal and re-heat it at the fans' hotel.
[14:59]<dzvzsvznzd>lmao
[14:59]<dzvzsvznzd>whoever phoned in that order must have been pissed
[14:59]<dzvzsvznzd>its notorious over here, get pissed, then go for a curru
[15:00]<dzvzsvznzd>well get pissed then either a curry or kebab
[15:01]<dzvzsvznzd>Mabey that sould be someones new buisness venture, a curry house in germany
[15:02]<rrmnsm_>except most germans like a different kind of spicy, they prefer horseradish, to curry...
[15:03]<dzvzsvznzd>thats because they have never had curry :P
[15:03]<rrmnsm_>but they are too busy making the best worse^Wwurst
